PER I CASCHI

Y - Misura con un metro da sarta (quello morbido) la circonferenza della testa. Per farlo devi passare intorno alla fronte (l'altezza giusta è quasi 1cm dal sopracciglio). Se hai un metro rigido, puoi prendere uno spago e fare lo stesso procedimento.

PER I GUANTI

H - Sempre con un metro da sarta, misura il palmo della mano, facendolo passare all’altezza dell’attacatura del pollice e facendolo girare tutto intorno alla mano, come da immagine.

PER L'ABBIGLIAMENTO

A - Circonferenza Torace:Misura la parte più sporgente del petto tenendo il metro in orizzontale, parallelo al pavimento, direttamente al disotto delle braccia e sopra le scapole.

B - Circonferenza Vita: Misura la circonferenza senza stringere il metro. Per le DONNE, all'altezza del punto più stretto, per gli UOMINI, appena sotto l'ombelico.

C - Circonferenza Fianchi: Misura la circonferenza nel punto più ampio del bacino.

D - Lunghezza del Braccio: Prendere la misura dal punto più alto della spalla, fino al polso.

E - Lunghezza della gamba: Prendere la misura dalla vita fino alla pianta del piede, prendere la misura senza scarpe.

F - Altezza: Misura l'altezza senza scarpe dalla sommità del capo alla pianta del piede.
